Josh Way, our newest Applicator, joined Mid-County this September and has been busy learning the details of his new position. “I look forward to learning how to run new equipment and getting to know more of the local farmers,” Josh explains. His experience with custom spraying and precision planter repair and modification lends well to his new position. Josh has worked on large farms in the past and wants to stay involved in the field of agriculture. While Josh grew up in the Cologne area, he just recently moved back with his wife and their Corgi puppy. Since they purchased a ‘fixer-upper’ home, Josh spends his free time working on house projects. He also enjoys working on his family farm. Josh helps his grandparents with their corn and soybean crops and his parents with raising sheep. From this, Josh keeps connected to family and his farming roots.
