Before joining Mid-County as an administrative assistant, Diane Beckrich and her husband Jerry had operated a dairy farm in Cologne. They still keep busy raising beef cattle, steers, and sheep, and growing corn, silage, beans, and hay. Diane is originally from Shakopee, and her first husband raised beef cattle and hogs before he passed away from cancer. At Mid-County, Diane works with LP and bulk fuel tickets, enters data for the Holiday Station Store, and takes fuel orders over the phone, among other duties. When she’s not at work, Diane loves gardening, sewing, and spending time with family, including her three sons. Her oldest son owns beef cattle, her second oldest works as a mechanic in Shakopee, and the youngest is a mechanical engineer at Cambria.
