sound agronomy solutions and products that boost our customers’ yields and profits.
As a Sales Agronomist, you’ll be the crucial link between our Coop and our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on:
- Consultative Sales: Make sound, profitable recommendations on agronomy products, services, and solutions to help customers maximize their returns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and prioritize a robust list of current and prospective customers. Make regular sales calls and promptly respond to inquiries, ensuring effective business relations.
- Goal Attainment: Establish and achieve challenging sales goals that align with Mid-County Co-op’s annual objectives.
- Expert Advising: Stay up-to-date on new product specifications and applications to advise customers on the proper use of products and equipment.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments and locations to identify cross-program benefits for customers.
- Documentation: Maintain clear sales contracts, bookings, and accurately document sales call information using our CRM program.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold the professional image of Mid-County Coop through your actions, facilities, and personal appearance.
