Corey Meyer joined Mid-County Agronomy as a custom applicator in November 2016. Meyer grew up in Granite Falls, and now lives in Green Isle. He started his career as a machinist. More recently, he worked in retail management in Minnetonka, but decided to apply to Mid-County in order to be closer to home.
“It’s been a great learning experience,” Meyer said of his time on the job. For him, the best parts have been driving the equipment and getting to know the other employees. “They’ll help you out any way they can,” he said, explaining that he doesn’t have specific experience in this field, but has received a lot of on-the-job training.
When he’s not at work, Meyer enjoys spending time with his wife, as well as fishing, hunting, and camping.
